The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce membership decal brands your company with the long history, credibility and reputation of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce.  As you know, this speaks volumes to your involvement and commitment to making our city and region the best place to live and work.  As a member benefit we offer an electronic Chamber decal (“E-Decal”) for use on your website or inclusion on emails you send to customers.  Please read, sign and fax or mail this Usage Guidelines Agreement for the E-Decal logo:

E-Decal Agreement: Usage Guidelines/Graphic Standards for use of Chamber E-Decal
This E-Decal is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein.  Your use of this E-Decal constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices. 

It is agreed as follows:
Use of the Chamber E-Decal implies that your membership is in good standing with the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce and that you support the Chamber programs.  It does not imply the Chamber’s endorsement of any services or products of this company.

Identity: The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce logo has proven itself to be recognizable and applicable in many situations.  Members, in good standing, are strongly encouraged to utilize the E-Decal on their website and on electronic correspondence to demonstrate their commitment to the Wilmington community. 

The Chamber E-Decal may not be altered in any form: No elements may be added to the logo or E-Decal.  The logo or e-decal may not be placed in a box or other shape. The words in the logo cannot be enlarged or reduced.  It must stay in the specified proportions.  The font of the words cannot be changed.

Placement and Size: The Chamber “E-Decal” may be used on member websites or may be contained in electronic correspondence (such as emails to customers).  The proportions of the E-Decal may not be altered.

No unlawful or prohibited use: As a condition of your use of this E-Decal, Member warrants to the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce that Member will not use this E-Decal for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices.  Further, Member agrees to delete the Chamber E-Decal from their website and/or email messages in the event the Chamber requests Member to do so, or as such time that Member is no longer a Wilmington Chamber member in good standing.

Modifications of these terms and conditions: The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which this E-Decal is offered.
