During this special program, friendly and knowledgeable volunteers will be stationed throughout Battleship North Carolina, ready to share fascinating stories and hands-on experiences. Peek inside normally closed spaces, explore gunnery, sick bay, and engineering, and discover the daily routines of sailors who once called the Showboat home.
Perfect for families and curious visitors of all ages, Battleship 101 makes history come alive—with opportunities to touch, learn, and ask questions at every turn. Don’t forget your camera—you’ll want to capture the behind-the-scenes adventure!
This program is free with paid admission. It’s a great way to celebrate the Navy’s 250th birthday weekend!
