CultureWorks Registration: Spring 2026 Session

The Wilmington Chamber’s new CultureWorks program equips leaders at every stage with practical tools to inspire teams, reduce turnover, and boost performance.

Over eight weeks, you’ll explore core leadership principles, from mission and culture to conflict and growth, through interactive sessions, video lessons, and peer learning. You’ll leave with actionable strategies, new connections, and greater confidence in your leadership.

The cost of participation in CultureWorks is $750. Limited scholarship funds are available to assist with tuition for small business owners.
