The publication is an objective assessment of where we excel and where we have challenges which need to be addressed.

A portion of Market Street in downtown Wilmington was nominated for the "Great Places: People's Choice" competition sponsored by the NC American Planning Association. Market Street was selected as one of 6 finalists and now it is up to the people to vote. Deadline for voting is March 15, 2013 at 5:00 pm.
