She focuses on strengthening and supporting inclusive small business growth in our communities through small business education\, introduction to the proper resources\, and access to the right capital. The goal is to create a pathway to avoid costly mistakes while providing business owners with the tools they need for long-term success. Chakema has 20 years of banking experience and has a degree in business management from Strayer University in Herndon\, Virginia. She was named one of WilmingtonBiz top 100 connectors in 2021 and serves on the boards of three nonprofit organizations that aim to empower underserved young people to aspire and achieve.\n\n\n\nLunch will be provided by Webo's and is sponsored by Channel\, powered by Live Oak Bank.
