We as an African American Business Council are fortunate to have our very own Chief Physician Executive\, Dr. Philip Brown as the President-Elect of the NC Medical Society.\n\n\n\nDr. Brown is coming into this role very focused on the Healthy NC 2030 (#hnc2030). It is a decade long plan designed to improve the health and lives of the citizens of North Carolina. \n\n\n\nThe plan sets the stage to focus on health equity and the overall drivers of health\, including structural racism. With successful implementation across multiple sectors\, #hnc2030 is expected to result in North Carolina's first ever US Top 10 ranking for overall health by the year 2030. \n\n\n\nDr. Brown's overview presentation will allow you to understand how your participation with #hnc1030 benefits your business and our community.
