New Hanover County is responsible for providing shore protection services along the coast\, where various water resource infrastructure features must be preserved and maintained for the sake of the environment and the economy.\n\n \n\nBedsole will provide an update on beach renourishment\, inlets\, and shoreline investments concerning our local beaches. A Wilmington native\, Bedsole has been with New Hanover County since 2012\, having previously worked as a senior project manager for Dial Cordy and Associates\, an environmental consulting firm\, and as the Director of Environmental Affairs for the NC State Ports Authority.\n\n \n\nThe Wilmington Chamber of Commerce is situated at 1 Estell Lee Place\, Wilmington\, NC 28401.
