DESCRIPTION:Please join us for the upcoming Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Committee meeting scheduled for Tuesday\, March 26\, from 8:30 am to 9:45 am. The meeting will take place at the Wilmington Chamber office located at 1 Estell Lee Place\, Wilmington\, NC 28401.\n\n \n\nThe primary purpose of this committee is to closely monitor legislative and regulatory matters at the local\, state\, and federal levels\, all while advocating for the business interests of our membership.\n\n \n\nMARCH AGENDA:\n\n	Presentation by Dr. Charles Foust\, Superintendent of New Hanover County Schools\n	\n		Budget Overview and Process\n	\n	\n	Review and Vote on proposed 2024 Legislative Agenda\n\n  \n\nPlease use the gate on the left side of the building\, facing the Cape Fear River to enter our building. Ample parking is available in our lot or at the nearby Wilmington Convention Center parking deck.\n\n \n\nWe strive to provide our Public Policy Committee meetings in a hybrid format whenever possible. However\, as we prepare for a discussion on the proposed Legislative Agenda for 2024\, attendance for this meeting will be restricted to in-person participation only. Please be aware that these meetings are exclusively open to members.
