DESCRIPTION:The next Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Public Policy Committee meeting is scheduled for Tuesday\, July 27\, from 8:30 to 9:45 am in person at the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce. The Public Policy Committee monitors and advises the Chamber on legislative and regulatory issues at the local\, state\, and federal levels\, and promotes the interests of our membership.  \n\n \n\nThis month\, our guest speakers include Chad Kimes\, Division Engineer for the NCDOT\, and Mike Kozlosky\, Executive Director of the Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO)\, to speak about the unsolicited proposal to replace the Cape Fear Memorial Bridge. Following their presentation\, they will take questions from chamber members in attendance. \n\n \n\nAll Chamber members are welcome to attend this meeting. There is no cost to attend. \n\n \n\nThe Wilmington Chamber of Commerce office is located at 1 Estell Lee Place Wilmington\, NC. Our guests are welcome to park in our parking lot or at the Wilmington Convention Center parking deck. If you choose to park in the deck\, please let a chamber staffer know to provide you with a complimentary parking voucher. Our main entrance faces the Cape Fear River and is accessed by passing through the gate to our building's left.
