Join us in celebrating their move with a ribbon cutting and site tour. \n\n\n\nStepUp Wilmington is a mission-driven organization dedicated to growing and placing talent in the Cape Fear region. Placing 176 jobs this past fiscal year\, a 32% increase from last year\, StepUp is pacing to place 350 jobs annually by 2024. After candidates complete training\, they work one-on-one with our staff to secure employment with the goal of establishing a long-term career. Beyond Talent\, StepUp Wilmington's job placement division\, partners with employers who pay living wages and offer career development opportunities for their employees. \n\n \n\nExecutive Director Will Rikard says\, "the new state-of-the-art facility will provide our community with greater access to jobs and career opportunities\, while supporting the growth of local businesses." \n\n \n\nStepUp Wilmington is celebrating 20 years as a Wilmington Chamber of Commerce member\, and appreciates the ongoing support of the local community.
