DESCRIPTION:To further empower and uplift women business owners in southeastern North Carolina\, the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to introduce the Women Business Owners Council. The vision of this council is to foster an inclusive community that empowers\, educates\, and propels women entrepreneurs forward. Our goal is to create programs that offer valuable learning opportunities and encourage the exchange of expertise among women business owners. By addressing the unique challenges faced by women in business\, we aim to advance female entrepreneurs and stimulate economic growth.\n\n \n\nMarch 2024 Presentation Details\n\n\n\nJoin us as we dive into Hiring and Recruiting Strategies that work! We will have a real discussion around the current state of our talent market\, and solutions that will help you find the right people to grow your business. Those solutions range from creating employee branding\, defining workplace culture\, utilizing social media\, and many more areas that will help find your next great candidate.
