From entry level to the C-suite, everyone wants to feel a sense of belonging in the workplace. Inclusion means ensuring that each individual is valued for their difference and is respected as a contributor to the growth of the enterprise at all levels of organization.
The Wilmington Chamber and African American Business Council invite members of the community, regardless of gender, race, or job title, to learn about Identifying barriers for inclusion, breaking through those barriers, and sustaining change in the organization.
This training is encouraged for young professionals to broaden their knowledge of inclusion in the workplace while networking among new groups of people. They will walk away with a better understanding of inclusive leadership behaviors and how to become an inclusive leader in their day-to-day.
