5:45 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. : Sustainability Challenge Pitches
6:15 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. : Team Formation & Initial Problem Framing

Day 2: Wednesday (April 8, 2026) - Innovation Workshops & Team Work

5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. : Working Dinner & Idea Validation Workshop
5:30 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. : Team Work reflecting on Idea Validation Workshop
6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. : Customer Discovery
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. : Speed Mentoring

Day 3: Thursday (April 9, 2026) - Pitch Night and Awards

5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. : Working Dinner - Final Pitch outline
5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. : Pitch Development
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. : Final 3-5 minute pitches
