The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce's Public Policy Committee will be meeting virtually on Tuesday, April 21 at 8:00am. The meeting is open to all chamber members.
As COVID19 begins to decrease its impact our community, many people have begun discussing the next step: determining how we reopen our economy while protecting public health. As you can read here, the US Chamber has put together a document which identifies some of the critical issues which will facilitate commerce.
The Public Policy Committee will be discussing the main themes of the US Chamber document, as well as getting feedback from members about their specific industries and what we need to keep in mind as we advocate for the business community. To facilitate our conversation, you can submit your recommendations in advance here.

A reminder that the Public Policy meetings serve as forums for members. Formal action will not be taken, but we will discuss real specifics about how we protect public health and restart commerce.
