2021 - Leadership Wilmington 2021-2022 Application Deadline

Leadership Wilmington is one of Wilmington’s oldest sustained community leadership programs. With an expansive network of distinguished alumni, Leadership Wilmington continues a proud tradition of connecting and inspiring emerging leaders to strengthen our community.
 
THE LEADERSHIP WILMINGTON PROGRAM
Leadership Wilmington is the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s signature ten-month initiative to develop emerging leaders. Through personal and professional development and broad exposure to the community, Leadership Wilmington aims to equip professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to be effective leaders committed to the common good.
Approximately 35 emerging leaders are chosen each year to represent a broad cross-section of Wilmington. Through full-day retreats, seminars, discussion groups, community tours, and a service project, members get to explore community issues, examine themselves as leaders and build meaningful and trusting relationships with peers in our community.
 
TUITION & DEADLINE TO APPLY
Tuition for the program is $1,950. As funding allows, partial or full scholarships may become available. Please indicate if a scholarship would benefit you on your application.
The 2021-2022 Leadership Wilmington Class's application deadline is Wednesday, June 30, 2021, at 11:00 pm.
