SUMMARY:2022 - Leadership Wilmington Alumni Council: Wilmington Police Department Simulator Tour
DESCRIPTION:Open to current LWAC members ONLY\n\n20 spots available!\n\n \n\nThe Wilmington Police Department employs more than 250 sworn officers and provides crime prevention and law and traffic enforcement for our community making Wilmington a better place to live. Take a look into a small part of what our officers experience in training and join fellow alumni and the Wilmington Police Department for an inside look into the Driving Simulator and Virtra Simulator on May 17 from 3-5pm. We will tour the Haynes Lacewell Training Facility then break into two groups to experience each simulator.\n\n \n\nNo masks are required but you are welcome to wear them if you wish.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAt 5 pm we will head over to Burnt Mill Creek for an alumni mixer with the recent graduates from the class of 2022. You do not have to be a council member to attend this event. All are welcome.
