The Leadership Wilmington Alumni Council (LWAC) is your opportunity to stay connected, strengthen your leadership skills, and give back to the program that helped shape your career. Membership offers ongoing networking with fellow alumni, access to exclusive professional development, and a chance to support future class scholarships and initiatives.
When you join, you’ll:

Be recognized as an alumni member on the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce website.

Gain eligibility to serve on the Selection Committee for the Leadership Wilmington Alumni of the Year Award and the upcoming Leadership Wilmington class.

Access discounted leadership development opportunities such as Implicit Bias Training, StrengthsFinder, and more.

Take on new leadership roles, including opportunities to serve as an alumni leader, session facilitator, or candidate for the Wilmington Chamber Board of Directors.
Annual membership dues are $100, which directly support alumni programming and leadership development opportunities.
