Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Announces New Officers for 2020
Wilmington, N.C. - The Board of Directors of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce has elected new officers to the Chamber’s Executive Committee for 2020. The Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce set policy and establish priorities for the local business organization on critical economic issues that affect job creation and business success in the Wilmington area.
Tee Nunnelee, President of Coastal Beverage Company, will serve as Chair of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce for 2020. He replaces John Elliott, Director of Government and Community Relations at Duke Energy, who will become the Immediate Past Chair.
Nunnelee is a Wilmington, NC native, and Wofford College alumni. Coastal Beverage Company is a third-generation family-owned business. Tee has spent his entire career working his way up the ranks, first in the warehouse, in delivery, sales, and operations before becoming President of the company. Nunnelee also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Beer Wholesalers Association and the North Carolina Beer and Wine Wholesalers Association.
Michele Holbrook, Global Supply Chain Project Manager, Corning, will serve as 1st Vice-Chair. Neal Andrew, Owner, Andrew Consulting Engineers, will serve as 2nd Vice-Chair. Stephanie Lanier, Owner/Broker in Charge, Lanier Property Group, will serve as Treasurer.
