Wilmington, NC — The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Foundation has announced its 2021-2022 Leadership Wilmington class members. Leadership Wilmington is one of Wilmington's oldest sustained community leadership development programs. Each year, local leaders apply to enhance and recharge their leadership skills, learn about our community, and become inspired to work across their strengths and diversities to create a better Wilmington. Throughout the 10-month program, Leadership Wilmington class members are also responsible for organizing and executing Work on Wilmington, the largest single-day volunteer project in New Hanover County.

With an expansive network of distinguished alumni, Leadership Wilmington continues a proud tradition of connecting and encouraging emerging and established leaders to strengthen our community. Its alumni network is diverse in opinion, age, gender, skills, interests, experience, ethnicity, occupation, and political affiliation but unified in their respect for one another and their commitment to building a better community for all our citizens.
