In both large- and small-group discussions, we explored the challenges we all face, openly and honestly. The experience was both grounding and inspiring. It reaffirmed that we’re doing many things right within our culture at Port City Signs, while also offering valuable support and guidance in areas where we can continue to grow.
We covered everything from the importance of having clear culture codes and a mission statement to meaningful ways to recognize employees so they truly feel seen and heard, along with many valuable insights in between that I can confidently apply to the culture at Port City Signs.
What stood out most was the reminder that, regardless of industry or position, we share many of the same goals, obstacles, and potential. The conversations were thoughtful, practical, and immediately applicable. The class created a space that encouraged learning, reflection, and connection, and I left feeling more equipped and inspired to contribute positively to our workplace culture.
I would highly recommend Culture Works to anyone looking to grow professionally and deepen their understanding of the team dynamics, leadership, and collaboration.” – Megan Hart, Port City Signs
