The goal of our Women’s Professional Development Luncheon is to foster connection, inspiration, and growth among women in our business community. By creating space for authentic conversations and empowering speakers, we aim to support women at every stage of their professional journey.
 
Molly’s keynote is an interactive and empowering session built around a simple but impactful three-step process: showing up authentically, managing competing priorities, and staying grounded through it all. Drawing from her own experience balancing a demanding career, frequent travel, and raising three young children, she delivers a relatable and motivating talk that leaves working parents and professionals feeling inspired, seen, and ready to take action.

Four-time Emmy-winning journalist and former prime-time anchor Molly Grantham will headline this year’s luncheon. Now a full-time motivational speaker and founder of the Bet On Yourself Summit, Molly is widely recognized for her dynamic presence, authenticity, and ability to connect with audiences in a meaningful way.
