A lifelong North Carolinian and proud UNC-Chapel Hill alumna with a degree in Communication Studies, Zoey brings a rich background in leadership development, community programming, and special events. Most recently, she worked for the Town of Leland, where she planned community programs, led volunteer initiatives, and partnered with local organizations to create opportunities for engagement and learning.
Prior to moving to the coast, Zoey held roles in higher education, including at UNC-Chapel Hill’s Carolina Union as a Student Activities Program Advisor, where she led an experiential student leadership and event planning program, and at the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics, where she focused on student life, special events, and leadership programming.
She is passionate about fostering meaningful connections, building strong communities, and helping others grow as leaders. In her free time, Zoey enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog, Honey. She loves running, hiking, knitting, and is slowly learning to play pickleball!
