Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for Panda Express
Wilmington, N.C.— The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newest Panda Express location at 11 Van Campen Blvd. On Friday, December 20th, at 11:00 am.
