Celebrate Emerging Leaders: Nominations Open for the Wilmington Chamber’s 40 Under 40 Awards

The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the launch of nominations for the 40 Under 40 Awards. Now in its 6th year, this annual program recognizes exceptional young professionals who are driving positive change in our community.
 
The 40 Under 40 Awards honor individuals under the age of 40 who embody outstanding leadership, innovation, and service within Brunswick, New Hanover, or Pender counties. Whether they're trailblazing entrepreneurs, dedicated nonprofit leaders, or committed advocates, these awards shine a spotlight on the diverse talents and contributions of our region's rising stars.
 
Criteria for nomination are straightforward:

• Nominees must be under 40 years old as of October 2, 2024.
• They must reside or work within Brunswick, New Hanover, or Pender counties.
• Nominees should demonstrate a strong commitment to serving others in the community.

 
Nominations are currently open and will close at 12:00 pm on April 26, 2024.
