This event is open to Leadership Wilmington Class of 2025 and all Leadership Wilmington Alumni.

StepUp Wilmington's mission is to empower individuals to reach their potential and lead stable lives through satisfying work.

Join fellow alumni to GIVE BACK of your time for CareerUp. CareerUp meets Wednesday evenings to provide sessions on financial literacy, budgeting, goal-setting, and career advancement. We will be working together to provide a nutritious meal for roughly 40 candidates, kids and volunteers this evening family potluck style.
