The Greater Wilmington Chamber of Commerce invites you to the Career and Leadership Development Academy District-Wide Showcase, an evening of celebration and recognition for the industry partners, educators, and students who have made this year’s program a tremendous success.

This year the Academy significantly expanded, offering ALL New Hanover County Schools 7^th graders, along with selected 8^th and 9^th graders, the opportunity to participate in immersive, hands-on career experiences. Thanks to the generosity of our industry partners, students explored career pathways, developed leadership skills, and connected with future job opportunities. We’re cultivating our Talent Pipeline together!
