The Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals Council (YPC) is focused on engaging and supporting young professionals in their career development and in the local business community.
The YPC serves as a platform for members to connect with other young professionals in their community, build relationships, and develop their professional skills through various events, mentorship programs, and educational workshops.
By bringing a fresh perspective and new ideas, the YPC can help shape the chamber's priorities and initiatives, particularly those related to workforce development and the next generation of business leaders.
