Leadership Wilmington Class of 2024 alum and self-proclaimed bee enthusiast Chip Rajca invites alumni to take leadership lessons from one of nature’s most effective systems - the honeybee hive. Drawing parallels between hive dynamics and organizational success, Chip will explore leadership, role design, communication, culture, and data-driven decision-making, offering practical insights leaders can apply immediately to build smarter, more connected, and more resilient teams.
