The Wilmington Chamber team is excited to invite small and mid-sized business owners/operators to our Small Business Real Estate event on March 15. During our event, we will be offering a deep dive into all of the issues, opportunities, strategies, and trends impacting our local commercial real estate market.
The Wilmington Chamber’s new VP, Small Business Development & Retention, Josh Hallingse, will be moderating the discussion. Our expert panel will discuss common business issues, including real estate search, legal review, architectural services, and build-out. Panelists include:

Laura Miller, Principal and Office Leader, LS3P

The panel will also provide a real-time case study for the upfit of End of Days Distillery’s unique Wilmington-Cargo District facility. Panelists will address some of the challenging circumstances around the EOD project and provide fundamental tips, tricks, and best practices most business owners and landlords can use when making their next real estate decision.
No matter the business sector, attendees will leave with practical guidance that will help inform their space needs. All attendees will take away a current market overview, sample letter of intent (LOI), sample commercial lease, and sample property loading sheet.
