Didier Rabino is a Lean management expert with over 30 years of experience driving transformational improvements in healthcare, manufacturing, and service sectors. As President and Founder of Lean Management Systems LLC, he provides hands-on coaching to leaders and teams across private and public organizations to build sustainable operational excellence. Didier has held senior leadership roles at Fairview Health Services, HealthEast, Andersen Corporation, and Steelcase, leading large-scale Lean transformations, strategy deployment, and frontline engagement. A Shingo Institute Faculty Member and certified Lean Bronze instructor, Didier is a frequent speaker and has been recognized with top honors from IISE and PEX Network. He has contributed to influential Lean publications and holds Lean certifications from the University of Michigan, University of Tennessee, and Northwestern University.
