    About Us

Edible Port City is a new magazine that focuses on local food, local farms, local restaurants, local breweries, distilleries, shops, grocers, dining, excursions, events and travel. Did I say local? Yes, because that’s what our readers want.
EPC is part of a network of beautiful magazines across North America that are integral parts of their communities — Edible Asheville is thriving in western North Carolina. I chose Wilmington to be the second city in the state to support an Edible magazine due to the local pride and the thriving economy driven by the efforts of the people EPC will feature and celebrate.
Edible Port City is a high-quality publication with large colorful photos and engaging content written by experienced and knowledgeable writers. As an editor, I have 10 years of experience running Edible East End, which covers the resort and farming communities on the East End of Long Island.
The magazine will be distributed free to the shops, restaurants, grocers, hotels and bed-and-breakfasts that represent the best of Wilmington. Once picked up, they have a long life and end up in personal collections, on coffee and bedside tables at homes, hotels, bed-and-breakfasts and Airb&bs. Readers save our magazines and pass them on to friends and family. Any advertisements will be seen by a lot of people who are already interested in what the Port City has to offer.
